The main boot has the rugged leather showing with smooth interior; the heel, stripe down the calf and the top band is made from the same leather but smooth side showing, giving a very subtle two-tone look. With variances in the leather some pairs have more obvious differences in colour than others.

- the boots can have a faint line down the front this is due to the manufacturing process. The boots are rolled off the last because they don't have a front seam. This wears in and becomes unnoticeable
