You say sizing was generous please advise how to get the right size?
Previously the sizing of the Classic unisex boots has always fitted large on women, we have amended the sizing to be true to size. Please now select your UK shoe size. See individual sizing guides for calf widths and heights
Please do refer to the size charts for more advice.
Does this apply to men?
No men usually take their normal UK size perhaps do down if a half size.
Does this sizing apply to all the styles of boots?
Yes to the unisex style boots, apart from the Cordonera, Brogues (shoes & boots), Chelsea Boots and Childrens Riding Boots. Select your normal UK size – refer to individual size charts.
Can you supply half sizes?
No.

Do you offer a wide calf fitting?
Yes see the fuller calf collection.
Do you offer a narrow calf fitting?
We have a limited selection of styles in a slimmer fit
If I do order an item that isn’t in stock how long does it take to be delivered?
We aim for 8-10 weeks and we aim to keep you informed of any delays.
How much do you charge for UK shipping?
Standard UK shipping is free and takes 3-5 working days generally 2-3 days. You can pay for Express which is usually 1 business day – see Shipping and Returns
How much do you charge for International Shipping?
See Overseas Shipping information. Delivery times can vary.
Do you pay to return an item?
We cover return postage free of charge in the UK, international orders we can offer a return service price similar to your original shipping cost – see Shipping and Returns
Who pays for exchange postage?
We send replacements out free of charge in the UK once the item has been returned.
Do you pay to return items from overseas?
No you need to cover return and exchange postage as an overseas customer – see Overseas Information
My item is faulty do you pay for it to be collected?
Yes we will arrange a collection, please contact us directly
How long do I have to return an item for a refund?
90 days for a standard stock item returned in unused condition and original packaging - see relevant T&C’s
Do you have a shop?
No but you can come and see us by appointment – see contact us page
Do you attend any events?
Yes, we shout about all our events on social media.
Do your boots have a goodyear welted sole?
Yes they do with a sustainable integral cork layer which breathable and to aid ergonomic and anatomical support
Are your boots made in Spain?
Yes in Southern Spain
Do you offer a re-soling/repairs service?
No we don’t but a good cobbler should be able to help
Do you have a guarantee?
We guarantee our boot range for a one year manufacturing guarantee - see T&C's
