Most orders are despatched within 1 working day (Monday-Friday) - the courier cut off is 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be despatched the next working day. Express deliveries are prioritised.

Standard UK delivery is FREE: 2-5 working days.
Express Delivery* (£10) - 1-3 working days (UK mainland only exceptions include Northern Scotland**)

We book these services as selected by the customer we cannot be held responsible for delays by the courier company.

Overseas shipping

Items purchased outside of the UK are likely to be subject to their own countries taxes/import duties.

Please contact us if your country is not listed we maybe able ship to that destination.

Delays can occur in customs, and these delays are beyond our control. Most orders require a signature on receipt.

Important: Customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country, these charges for must be borne by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

N.B. Should for any reason the goods need to be returned or exchanged* all postage cost are to be borne by the customer. You must mark the return parcel 'RETURNS' otherwise we will get charged import duty on this item. If you don't state this on the parcel the import duty will be deducted from your refund.

The Spanish Boot Company WILL NOT cover return postage costs on overseas items but can offer a quote to be deducted from any refund.

Overseas Orders

We are unable to offer free returns to overseas customers. We recommend using transglobalexpress.co.uk for the cheapest shipping options or we can offer our own UPS account. 

Please ensure your select the export reason to be 'Supplier Return' within the returning export documents - this will allow no additional duties charge to us, if additional import costs incur you will be informed and the costs will be deducted from your refund.
