Happy New Year to you from the Spanish Boot Company! 2021 was another tumultuous year, but we believe that 2022 has great things on the horizon for us all!
For us here at Spanish Boots, the end of 2021 was a busy time. Ahead of Christmas, we were industriously packaging up and shipping out boots here, there and everywhere. But it wasn’t only our loyal customers who had a hankering for handmade boots, so did fashion editors. We’re proud to say our riding boots have been featured, this month and last, in two excellent publications.
Fabulous photography by Emily-Jade culminated in a beautiful four-page shoot in Femme Country’s autumn edition. Femme Country is a title aimed at women living and working rurally and those simply inspired by the countryside. Model Sophie Nicolé beautifully wears a pair of our tall, navy, leather soled riding boots in the English countryside featured alongside some other quintessentially British brands.
And this month, Your Horse features our boots in an editorial on Pippa Latimer-Harris who runs Pippa Saddlebags. The creative and resourceful Pippa designs and makes handbags from old saddles and bridles. Her aim is to recycle as much old horse tack as possible - and so she also crafts a number of accessories into the bargain. As Pippa discusses her business and her love for all things equine, she wears a pair of our classic, brown, flat soled riding boots with red and brown suede tassels - as found in The Spanish Boot Co’s accessories collection.
